Hymn of Valor then out-trades a champion whose own sustain requires her to land damage on champions or large minions first.

Magic damage on both sides and an identical 30 magic resistance leave the itemization race even, so nobody gains ground there. The ultimates settle fights: Crescendo stuns instantly along its path, while Soul Shackles chains nearby enemies and only stuns them if they stay close, so Morgana needs the first cast. Rated 1 against 4 on difficulty, she is still the simpler champion to pilot.
