Zilean casts from 550 units against 450, Rewind reduces the cooldowns of his other basic abilities so Time Bomb returns faster than any single answer to it, and Time Warp either slows Morgana or accelerates the ally she is chasing. Time In A Bottle stores experience and hands a level to a teammate, an advantage nothing on her side matches.

What she keeps is durability and one punish. Zilean has 574 base health and 2,206 at level 18 behind 24 armor, against 630 and 2,398 behind 96.4, and his 52 base attack damage makes him harmless the moment he is caught, so the matchup is played as a hunt for a single opening. Both deal magic damage from 30 magic resistance and both walk at 335, so nobody escapes on speed alone. Black Shield absorbs the magic damage of Time Bomb and the slow from Time Warp, and rated 1 against 6 on difficulty, Morgana asks much less of whoever picks her.
