Quinn is one of the few ranged champions who beats a melee top pick by fighting rather than avoiding, and against Yone the numbers are unambiguous: he holds only 41.6% across 262 games on patch 16.13.1.

Blinding Assault is the core of it. Yone’s damage leans heavily on basic attacks, since Way of the Hunter adds magic damage to every second one and Mortal Steel is built around attack rhythm, and an ability that marks him and hinders his vision cuts straight through that rhythm. Harrier then marks targets for Valor and grants bonus physical damage on her first attack against them, refreshing often enough to make her poke continuous from 525 range against his 175.

Her defensive numbers are poor, 565 base health against 620 and 28 armor against 33, though she closes to 2,384 by level 18 against his 2,405. That should invite an all-in, except that Vault dashes to a target, slows it and leaves her behind it, while Heightened Senses grants attack speed and movement speed after she attacks a marked enemy.
